After getting fed up with confusing medication fees and totalling, ie "right you had the initial consultation, plus 400mls of main mix, 50mls of anxiety mix and that cream so thats erm".
I have spoken to fellow herbalists and started a fixed fee system which includes both the initial consultation and two weeks of all your medications (baring exotic orders or when you need/ want an extraordinary amount of product), followed by follow-up appointments with four weeks of medications.
This allows for you to budget and it will usually work out much cheaper for you as those meds can add up. It also allows me to follow up after a fortnight to see how you are processing and to change the medication to mirror your needs (which usually starts to show change within the initial period).
